Cancellation/No Show Policy

Cancellation Policy

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show." They will be charged for their "missed" appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. If you are more than 15min late you maybe considered a No-show and your appointment maybe canceled. See No-show policy above. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the "full" session. Out of respect and consideration to me, your therapist, and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Services refund policy

1. All canceled prepaid appointments, if canceled within the appropriate cancellation period, will be credited to the client's profile for a future service.

2. In the rare circumstances that a canceled prepaid appointment qualifies for a refund, the refund will be subject to any credit card processing fees. Upon request within 14 days of original booking only.

3. Please note that gift certificates and prepaid packages do not qualify for refunds. These purchases are non-refundable.

GIFT CARDS/GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift Certificates may be purchased in office or online. They may be used towards any service. Gift Certificates must be present at time of purchase/usage. Lost or stolen Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed or replaced. Gift Certificates do not expire. All sales are final. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. This does not apply to bonus or promotional Gift Certificates.
